Natal Chart Interpretation
Fee: $150.00
This hour and fifteen minute discussion focuses on the major themes expressed by the symbolism in the client's natal chart. As with every genuine poem, the natal chart can be interpreted on multiple levels. On a physical level, the symbolism reveals patterns related to health, finances, and one's environment. On a psychological level, the natal chart offers a reliable measure of personality, depicting how we communicate with others, the type of people we find ourselves drawn to, and the variety of work we find most suitable. By the end of a natal chart interpretation, the client will have a clear grasp of the major themes expressed by the chart's symbolism.
Annual Astrogical Forecast
Fee: $125.00
Think of this as a "weather report" of the most prominent astrological symbolism that will be manifesting in your natal chart for the upcoming twelve months. This type of consultation usually runs about one hour and it is built upon knowledge you obtained in a previous natal chart interpretation, whether done by John P. O'Grady or another astrologer. This type of consultation is most suitable for the client who is already familiar with the major themes expressed by the symbolism in his or her natal chart.
Relationship Consultation
Fee: $250
A comparison of two natal charts with a focus on compatibility and potential points of stress in a relationship, whether romantic, family, or business. Preparation for this type of consultation requires the analysis of two natal charts and the discussion usually includes both individuals. (Note: More than two individuals may also be included in a relationship consulation, but additional preparation on the astrologer's part is required, so please inquire about the fee.)
Other Types of Astrological Consultation
Fee: $125.00 per hour
This type of consultation is usually very specific in nature. Discussion is directed toward a particular question or issue that has come up in the client's life and requires the kind of focused attention an astrological intepretation provides. The amount of time required for this consultation varies. Please inquire for more information.
About the Consultation
What the Client Provides:
1. Your preferred contact information--either email address or telephone number. (Sorry, I can only return phone calls to North America.)
2. Your full name, your birthdate (day/month/year), and your birth time (hour and minute). The most reliable source of birth time information is a birth certificate. If the birth data you have is not taken from a birth certificate, please indicate the source, as this does have bearing on the intepretation of the chart.
3. Five or six important events in your life described in brief and dated as precisely as possible. Such events might include a life-threatening illness or accident, a major romance or marriage, the death of an important figure in one's life, a major geographical relocation, the birth of a child, a major promotion at work, etc. This information helps the astrologer better understand the symbolism expressed in the natal chart and correlate it with events in the client's life.
What the Astrologer Provides:
1. An accurate printed natal chart (horoscope) based upon the information provided by the client.
2. A thoughtful discussion of the client's natal chart, delivered in down-to-earth terms that are easy to understand. The discussion focuses on the major themes expressed by the symbolism in the chart.
3. A clearly written report by John P. O'Grady, summarizing the themes most prominently expressed by the symbolism in the client's natal chart. The report usually runs between three and four pages. John O'Grady is an essayist and former professor of English. He composes all reports with care and originality.
To Schedule a Consultation
John P. O'Grady is based in San Francisco and works out of his home office in the Inner Richmond (Park Presidio) district of the city. Ordinarily, consultations are conducted by phone, but for those in the Bay Area who wish to consult in-person, arrangements can be made.
